What is the 5 Day Challenge?
This 5 Day Challenge is a pocket-sized preview of the FeelGood 12 Week Challenge
– and an introduction to get to know me and my approach to lifestyle transformation before you decide to sign up for the full program.
I created this little mini challenge to help you focus on YOU, to remind ourselves of the importance of mindset to feel empowered and happy, of effective movement to feel mobile and pain free, and healthy nutrition to feel nourished and energized. I am different from other fitness coaches.
I am a science and nursing graduate with over 20 years in the healthcare and fitness industries, but just as importantly, I have real-life experience of what it takes to turn your life around. I tried to control my weight with restrictive diets and crazy workouts while juggling full-time work and running a home.
None of it worked long term and I only ever lost a few kilos, just to find them again! I wanted something that worked, so I created the FeelGood Programs. You see, the secret to health, wellness and physical fitness is about generating energy through mindset, movement and nutrition.
It is in the combination and balance of our individual physiology and psychology that the answer to feeling good lies.
